Change your Mind, Change your Body!

It is fascinating how every little choice we make impacts our lives. Some make small impacts while others make larger more substantial ones.

 

We have developed ways that we do things, patterns that we tend to follow and I suggest that perhaps it is time to look at a few of them. Are there old thoughts or beliefs that are standing in the way of a goal you would like to accomplish? We see ourselves a certain way but what would happen if we changed our minds? If we allowed ourselves to be more than we thought we could?

 

Often this is what is needed to once and for all obtain the health and wellbeing we would like to see represented in our lives. Anyone can bust their butt for a few weeks or maybe even months to see results in appearance or how you feel, but has it come from a place of authenticity? Do you believe it?

 

I am offering the concept of seeing yourself as you really are. You are strong, healthy and empowered. Start by making changes in how you view yourself. You may be amazed at how the rest falls into place. I am not suggesting that this is easy. In fact it takes more commitment than dieting or working out for a period of time, but the results are so much more substantial and will last a lifetime.

 

If you see yourself as fit and healthy, when the temptations come along to do something that is contrary to your goal, you will more easily be able to make the choice that takes you closer to who you really are rather than the choice that leads you back to who you thought you were previously.

 

This is your life. Love yourself and commit to yourself enough to do the work required to Change Your Mind about how you see yourself and you will truly be able to live the life of your dreams.
